Orders are processed in the order they are received. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is processed. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders usually ship within 2-4 business days Monday through Friday. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for a bundle/package to be assembled at our distribution center
If you purchase print product, your access code is bound into the book or shrink wrapped with your bundle so you will not receive the code until the book arrives.
When you purchase a digital product you gain instant access to that product. Simply log in to your account (with the username and password used at checkout) and you will find a link under your Products tab. If you purchased multiple copies or a custom PUBLISH eBook an access code is emailed to you. Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox as sometimes it is rerouted.
Standard length of digital products is 365 days or 1 year from the date the code is redeemed, or instant access is granted. Product lengths can vary per product and are typically stated on the product page on our website.

Yes, but please call our Customer Service team to do so at 1-800-832-0034, Option 1. Due to the fact that web orders for digital-only products go directly into the purchaser's MyAccount page and redemption is restricted to only them, phoning our Customer Service team will allow us to email the code as directed enabling it to be shared/redeemed by someone other than the purchaser.
