COVID-19 is presenting unprecedented challenges and questions, both in our personal and professional lives. Above all, we hope that you stay safe and healthy in the coming weeks and months. In addition, we’d like to do what we can to help provide resources and answers to your education-related questions, including how to transition your on-site training to online distance learning.

Here are some answers to some important questions that you may have:

Can the Public Safety Group (PSG) offer advice on how to transition from on-site to online training?

Yes, we have been providing this sort of consultation to our customers for well over a decade. Our Solutions Consultants are distance-learning experts, and they are dedicated to training and guiding as many customers as possible through this process. This will include specific training on features and functionalities within our Navigate platform, as well as broader advice on how to incorporate collaboration tools like discussion boards and chat rooms into your courses.

Can PSG provide me with Interactive Lectures that will help me to implement successful distance learning?

Yes, upon request, we can provide Interactive Lectures at no additional cost. We developed our self-paced and engaging Interactive Lectures to support at-home learning, providing our customers with the ideal solution when in-person learning isn’t possible. Our Interactive Lectures are fully narrated and encourage students to interact with foundational content. We can also suggest additional PSG online resources to support your program during this time.

Does PSG have any other advice?

In addition to following the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines as closely as possible, we’d like to highlight some additional recent announcements:

To set up a training with one of our Solutions Consultants, or to request information about how to secure Interactive Lectures for your course, please reach out to your Public Safety Group sales specialists.

Thank you for all that you do to help keep our communities safe, and please keep yourself safe as well.
