  • Describe a secondary attack and its impact on responders.
  • List the signs that indicate the possible presence of a secondary device.
  • Explain how the Incident Command System (ICS) is adapted for hazardous materials incidents.
  • Identify the considerations for determining the location of the incident command post (ICP).
