- Describe the resources available for determining the concentrations of a released hazardous material.
- Describe a secondary attack and its impact on responders.
- List the signs that indicate the possible presence of a secondary device.
- Explain how the Incident Command System (ICS) is adapted for hazardous materials incidents.
- Identify the considerations for determining the location of the incident command post (ICP).
Fire fighters who successfully complete the Hazardous Materials: Implementing a Response course are eligible for 0.5 hours of continuing education.
